Reconstruction of schools in Herat worth 20 million Afghanis

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to a statement released by the Ministry, these projects will focus on the renovation and restoration of schools and religious institutions across the provincial capital and various districts of Herat. The funding for the initiative comes directly from the Ministry of Education’s budget.
During the inauguration ceremony, Mawlawi Rahmatullah Jabir, Director of Education in Herat, highlighted that the primary objective of these projects is to enhance educational infrastructure and create a conducive learning environment, particularly in remote and underserved areas.
He emphasized that the scope of work will include comprehensive renovation of schools and madrasas, rehabilitation of classrooms, and the provision of additional educational resources and facilities/Bakhtar News
