The spokesman of the Ministry of Interior says that the special forces of the Ministry killed four kidnappers during an operation in Pashte Badam area of Paghman district of Kabul and freed the kidnapped citizen after three days of captivity.

Special police units, public security departments, counter-terrorism, and other teams conducted 224 joint operations, 1,345 independent operations, and 443 operations by special police units in different parts of the country since last year. The spokesman of the Ministry of Interior, said in an annual report.

A Turkish engineer was rescued by the police personnel in Kabul. The police commander of this province said.

During the past three months they have arrested 180 men on different criminal charges in Kunduz Security officials said.
