In order to ensure security in Afghanistan, Acting Minister of Higher Education, emphasized the need for the implementation of Sharia law in the country.
Maulavi Abdul Kabir, the Deputy and Head of the Ministry of the Islamic Emirate, has said in a meeting with some elders and scholars of the Shia community that Shias are an important part of the country's citizens, like other Afghans, and everyone is given equal and fair rights in the light of Sharia law.
In a coordination meeting with the government, the citizens of Uruzgan called on the Islamic Emirate to provide education, health, and reconstruction works besides repairing roads and dams in their province.
A spokesman for the Islamic Emirate said that, the Islamic Emirate leader has ordered that no one should be punished without a court order, and that the authority to punish is only with a Sharia court.
