Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Press Office of the Ministry of Ministers has published a newsletter saying that Maulavi Abdul Kabir, political deputy and Acting Minister of the Ministry, met with a number of Shia scholars and influential people from different provinces of the country.
They expressed their satisfaction with the continuous meetings between the officials of the Islamic Emirate and Shia scholars and influential people and said that such meetings pave the way for greater cooperation between the government and the nation.
Shiite scholars assured of any cooperation with the Islamic Emirate. They also shared their suggestions and advice in different fields.
On the part of Maulavi Abdul Kabir, he said: "Like other Afghans, Shiites are an important part of the country's citizens, and everyone is given equal and fair rights in the light of Sharia law."
The Acting Minister of the Islamic Emirate added that the meeting of Shiite scholars and influential people with the Islamic Emirate and ensuring cooperation can lead to the progress of Afghanistan and the government prioritizes this sector.
Maulavi Abdul Kabir reminded that he will give the necessary gifts to the relevant departments in order to deal with the suggestions and advice of the Shia elders.
