The largest residential settlement with 220 residential units was inaugurated in "Siyaab" village of Zindajan district of Herat in the presence of the governor, businessmen, officials of government departments, educators and residents of the village and handed over to the victims of the earthquake.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of the Islamic Emirate says that this ministry has helped the earthquake victims of Herat with more than 36 million and 574 thousand Afghanis.

Iranian Red Crescent Society has announced that following the call of "Aftab Mehrabani" and receiving the aid of the people of this country for the earthquake victims of Herat province, from 8th to 20th October, an amount of 35 billion and 713 million Rials has been collected.
