The minister for higher education Dr. Abidullah Abid has emphasized for transparency in giving scholarships.
While inspecting the math exams of 600 candidates for study in Kazakhstan yesterday, the minister stressed for respecting fairness in giving scholarship, also wished success for the participants in the exams, saying in line with the agreement inked between the two nations in 2009, Kazakhstan provides scholarship to Afghan students.
In his speech, Dr. Azizullah Amir the head of foreign relations office of the ministry for higher education said that 93 out of 600 students attended the test would be chosen for medical, engineering, journalism, pedagogy and police and sent to Kazakhstan. (BNA)
