They create proper and correct dispatches and create deficiencies in the way of work and business of other reputable companies.

 

Second; The entry of some clerics in this area, especially those who are responsible for pre-prayer duties in mosques and recitations and recitations in hosseiniyehs.

 

These kind of people have used their religious and public position and authority, considering the trust that people have in them; They have collected hundreds and even thousands of pilgrims' passports and are preparing pilgrims to be sent to Iran and Iraq. This category also does not have the experience of caravanning and organizing pilgrims for sending, or perhaps they do not do this at all, and they only receive a commission from the money collected, and give the rest along with pilgrims' passports to other tourism and pilgrimage companies.

 

This operation creates a major blow to the credibility and dignity of the cleric from two angles; First; This work is not always accompanied by success and has serious ups and downs, and if the work is not done or is poorly done, public ill-will will arise towards the cleric, and secondly, the people who trusted and believed in the cleric will notice in the long run. It happens that part of the received money goes into the cleric's own pocket, causing people to be upset with the cleric, and it will certainly cause severe damage to the position of the clergy and its spiritual prestige.

 

Therefore, firstly, the clergy should refrain from entering into this separate work, and secondly, the government should take measures to prevent the entry of other than reputable tourism and pilgrimage companies into this separate movement. The heartbroken people of Hosseini's Arbaeen pilgrimage, may peace be upon him, bear it and that's it.

 

And this is that these two factors and some other internal and external factors have caused thousands of pilgrims in love to wait for Iran's visas to be issued and they are not given the opportunity to travel to Iran and Iraq.
