Iran's return to its true position and honor is not possible except with unity and legalism

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: The ceremony of rejecting the vote of the people of Iran in the presidential elections of this country and the appointment of Dr. Masoud Al-Bazikian as the new president of the Islamic Republic of Iran this Sunday morning, July 28, was attended by Imam Khamenei.

 

Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said at the inauguration ceremony: I am grateful for the kindness and tact of the leader of the revolution, who opened the field for the effective participation of the nation and the meaningful competition of different political ideas in the 14th term of the presidential elections. I am still the soil of the noble and noble nation of Iran, who consciously stepped in this field and put the burden of their vote for change on the neck of this humble person in a dangerous situation. Those who voted for me or rival candidates, or did not enter the election arena due to concern and protest, put the expectation of change at my feet.

He clarified: Now, by implementing the nation's vote and signing the presidential decree, the Supreme Leader has officially made this little servant of God obliged to carry out a great responsibility towards the Iranian nation. According to Article 113 of the Constitution, the elected president becomes the president from today and is responsible for the implementation of the constitution and the head of the executive branch, except for matters that are directly related to the leadership.

The new president of Iran further stated: What determines the vision of the system for us officials is a powerful government that puts the heavy burden on us based on the law and legal frameworks. It is only with legalism in the government system that we can overcome the bottlenecks facing the country and respond to the legitimate hopes and expectations of the people.

He pointed out: A society that is convergent and law-abiding can witness the strengthening of governance and society and determine the joint role and interaction of the two for the development and progress of the country. The mission of the future government to achieve this vision has a commitment to the desired vision of the revolutionary leader, the general policies communicated by him and the program law. It is unity and cohesion and grasping the divine thread that can bring us to the place we deserve. We must avoid selfishness, all the differences that exist are because of selfishness, the way is clear, the policy is clear, and if we move within the framework of politics and vision, we should be in the position we deserve.

Dr. Pezeshkian noted: The cruelty is to have some friends and faction and not to have the people. I have said many times, in terms of health, job, status and distribution of resources, observing fairness is one of the principles that we must adhere to. I pledge to the people and the Supreme Leader that we will not choose any other way for the people except fairness and justice. We promise to serve these people with all our heart, we promise to stand on the path of the martyrs and those who sacrificed their lives for the country. It is not possible to return the country to its true position and dignity and honor, except with unity and legalism.
