Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Herat: Today, Monday (June 17), coinciding with the 10th of Dhu al-Hijjah, Eid al-Adha prayer was held in the center and districts of Ghor Province in a safe and intimate atmosphere with the presence of Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Minister of Economy of the country. , the governor and other local and security officials and citizens of this province were established in the mosque of Khatam al-Nabiyin (pbuh) in Firuzkoh city.
 
Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Economic Deputy of the Ministry of the Islamic Emirate, while congratulating Eid al-Adha, expressed his sympathy to the families of the martyrs and victims of the recent floods in Ghor province and announced the construction of a settlement for the flood victims of this province.
 
He further explained that the leader of the Islamic Emirate has ordered all officials to help and cooperate with the flood-affected citizens and solve their problems.
 
Mulla Baradar, who has been in Ghor province for four days now, stated that the purpose of his trip to this province was to sympathize and help the flood victims of Ghor.
 
He said that during this period, he had meetings with all the officials and people, especially the flood victims of Ghor Province, to solve the problems and help the affected people, and these challenges will be solved through the government and relief organizations, and until people's lives return to normal. The normal routine will be with them.
 
The economic deputy of the country's cabinet also pointed out that the Islamic Emirate intends to connect the western and eastern corridors of the country (Herat, Ghor, Bamyan and Wardak Square) to Kabul through land transportation.
 
He also mentioned the work of the Ghor-Herat highway, which has already started in Herat province.
 
It should be mentioned that the new settlement for the victims of the recent floods is intended for one thousand families and two hundred residential houses with all the facilities are supposed to be built in it in the first step.
