Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Informed sources reported this morning (Tuesday) that the first meeting of the French government's cabinet chaired by President Emmanuel Macron after the first round of parliamentary elections was tense and nervous.
A French television channel quoted Macron as saying: "We must not make mistakes." There is no one other than extreme right-wingers who are on the way to reach the highest executive position of the country.
Two ministers who were present at the meeting, but asked not to be named, told this network that the atmosphere of the cabinet meeting was tense and accompanied by tangible and yet unspoken differences of opinion.
Another person present at the cabinet meeting of the French government told "Figaro" newspaper that Macron emphasized that they should not allow the National Assembly party to win even one vote in the election round.
In Sunday's parliamentary elections, the National Community Party came first with 33% of the votes, the leftist coalition came in second with 28% of the votes, and the Macron coalition came in third with 20%.
