Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: Mawlawi Ahmadullah Muttaqi, Head of Information and Culture in Herat, emphasized during the opening ceremony that citizens can support artists by utilizing artworks to decorate their homes.
Additionally, Abdul Karim Arbabzada, the organizer of the exhibition, informed Bakhtar News Agency that over 230 pieces from various artistic genres are on display, with a significant number created by female artists.
Arbabzada noted that the status of art in Herat has significantly improved and flourished under the Islamic Emirate’s rule and local artists have participated in both national and international exhibitions.
According to the organizer, the primary goals of the exhibition are to showcase new artworks and facilitate their sales.
