Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Maulavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the administrative deputy of the Prime Minister's Office, said in a meeting that was held today (Wednesday, August 30, 2023) by the scholars and influential people of Kabul in the Loya Jerga Hall, that Afghans have suffered all kinds of violence from the invaders in the past half century. There have been crimes and hardships, but with the rule of the Islamic Emirate, our compatriots continue their daily activities in complete peace and security.
The administrative deputy of the Prime Minister's Office stated that fortunately, in the Islamic Emirate system, all the expenses of the government offices are fully financed from the country's internal budget without foreign aid.
He pointed out that the organization of administrations during the republic was built based on party and personal interests, but with the establishment of the Islamic Emirate, the organization was rebuilt based on necessity.
Hanafi, stating that with the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate, administrative corruption and red tape have been completely eliminated from government offices, adding that during the republic, the government administration was full of corruption.
Also, Dr. Abdul Latif Nazari, Deputy Professional of the Ministry of Economy, also spoke in this meeting and said that the Islamic Emirate has ensured global security, which is one of the rights of Afghans, and without ensuring security, progress and development in the country is impossible.
He added that with the rule of the Islamic Emirate, administrative corruption has been eradicated in the country and the interference of foreigners in the internal affairs of Afghanistan has ended, and now the citizens fully support the Islamic Emirate.
Mr. Nazari said that Afghanistan's foreign policy was regulated by others in the past 20 years, but now the Islamic Emirate is an independent system whose policy is organized by Afghans.
Sheikh Nada Mohammad Nadeem, Acting Minister of Higher Education, also spoke at this event and said: "Successful systems are those that consult with scholars and take and implement the advice of scholars in various cases."
Acting Minister of Higher Education asked the scholars to fulfill their responsibility to serve the religion of Islam and maintain the system and share their advice with the authorities.
