Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Yonhap media, South Korea refuses to provide weapons to Ukraine.
An official in South Korea's presidential office told Yonhap that Seoul is refusing to send weapons to Kiev in an effort to maintain relations with Moscow.
He added: "There is no law regarding sending weapons to another country in a state of war. Also, there is no prohibition from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in terms of helping a third country in a war situation.
This South Korean official added: "We do not take such action because, although we support the plan of the international community to help Ukraine, we are also looking for normal relations with the Russian Federation."
Recently, reports have been published that South Korea has agreed to provide arms to Ukraine under the pressure of the United States.
