Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published a newsletter saying that Maulavi Abdul Kabir, Political Deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during a meeting on Wednesday (April 12), with the ambassadors and diplomatic representatives of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Pakistan, Iran and Indonesia, as well as Mrs. Roza Entabaeva, UN Special Representative for Afghanistan, UNAMA deputy and head of Aga Khan Company.
Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhowa, Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Mullah Noorullah Noori, Acting Minister of Borders and Tribes, and Sheikh Noor-ul-Haq Anwar, General Director of the Department of Ministerial Affairs, were also present at this meeting.
While welcoming the ambassadors, guests and diplomats, Maulavi Abdul Kabir said that I am happy to meet the diplomats of the neighboring countries and other guests.
He thanked the cooperation of the international community for the people of Afghanistan and said that security is ensured in Afghanistan and political and diplomatic agencies and charitable institutions can continue their work and activities with full confidence.
Maulavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that during the past 20 months, relations and interaction with countries have been good and I hope that the existing problems will be solved gradually.
The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs stated once again that there is no threat to the neighboring countries from Afghanistan.
He also stated that Afghanistan's exports have increased in the past year, security is ensured in the borders, and we want good relations with all the countries of the world.
Maulavi Muttaqi reminded of the achievements of the commission of contact with Afghan personalities and said that so far 529 former officials and prominent Afghan personalities have returned to Afghanistan from different countries.
During this banquet Mrs. Roza Entabaeva, the United Nations Special Representative for Afghanistan, expressed her satisfaction for the invitation of the Political Deputy of the Prime Minister's Office for security in the holy month of Ramadan.
