Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to the Ministry’s press release, the discussions focused on establishing stable trade between the two countries, purchasing grain at reasonable prices, importing wheat, and enhancing exports via the railway network.
During the meeting, the Kazakh side committed to a 50% reduction in taxes for Afghan exports transported through the railway.
Furthermore, the Afghan delegation visited the “Bino” grain storage facility, which has a capacity of over 100,000 tons. If an agreement is reached, the purchased grain will be stored at this facility and transported directly to Afghanistan, particularly to the western provinces, as needed./Bakhtar
