Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: In a ceremony marking the opening of these alternative routes, Minister Mullah Sani highlighted that the ministry has established these routes to facilitate uninterrupted travel for citizens while work continues on the main Salang route. Vehicles will use these secondary routes during the construction period.
Additionally, Minister Mullah Sani reviewed the progress on three sections of the Salang Highway (Northern Salang, Southern Salang, and Doshi-Khenjan) and the associated crusher plants. He directed the implementation teams to ensure that the highway construction is completed with high quality, speed, and in alignment with the ministry’s plans./Bakhtar
