Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality reports the revenue of 218 million Afghanis
Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality presented a general report of achievements, revenues and projects of the second quarter of 1403.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: Mayor Maulavi Mohammad Kazim Tariq announced that the municipality has collected 218 million Afghanis in revenue over the last three months. Among the 43 active projects, several foundational initiatives are progressing at a rapid pace.
In his address, Mayor Mawlawi Tariq urged residents and institutions to support the municipality by paying dues, settling outstanding debts, and contributing sanitation fees, as this would enable the municipality to undertake more development projects in Mazar-e-Sharif.
During the gathering, Director of Sectoral Affairs for the Municipality, Ustad Mohammad Javid Mayar, provided comprehensive information on the municipality’s efforts in green spaces and project developments. He highlighted the commitment of municipal staff to provide continuous service and called on citizens to work alongside the municipality to maintain cleanliness and contribute to the city’s progress.
Notably, all of Mazar-e-Sharif’s second-quarter projects have been entirely funded by the municipality’s internal budget, marking continued efforts toward the city’s advancement./Bakhtar News
