In an article, Al-Mursad website stated that it has received reports that currently a number of Tajiks, Azerbaijanis, Turks and citizens of Central Asia and some other countries are undergoing training in Pakistan's Baluchistan. The capital of ISIS's Khorasan branch, Gilgit-Baltistan should be seen as a gathering place for ISIS's army and Tajikistan as a new center for financing and attracting ISIS's human resources.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Last week, the United Nations Security Council Sanctions Monitoring Team has warned in a report that Afghanistan is becoming a safe haven for terrorist groups. In this report, the names of 31 key members of the government cabinet of the Islamic Emirate are also mentioned in the sanctions list of the Security Council.

Al-Mursad website, a media close to the government of the Islamic Emirate, wrote in a note written by Asim Jalal in response to this report: The information gathering mechanism of the UN Sanctions Monitoring Committee is such that its members travel to different countries and those who provide information They put it in the framework of the report they prepared from the first years of the embargo.

According to Mr. Jalal, this committee is now using it for their own purposes instead of publishing the facts, and in order to achieve the desired goals in the political and psychological arena, they provide artificial information full of lies to these countries against other countries and societies.

This article added: Pakistan and Tajikistan, which are two neighboring countries of Afghanistan, continuously give false information about the presence and centers of Al-Qaeda and other groups in Afghanistan, and the Sanctions Monitoring Committee spreads it. Maybe in this context, with some other effective directions, the green light has been given to this group.

Mr. Jalal asked the question what are the goals behind this propaganda game and said: According to his sources, Al-Musrad has received information that the important point in the strategic cooperation agreement between Pakistan and Tajikistan is the new centers of the ISIS project in the northwest of Pakistan, Gilgit, Baltistan. And it is Chitral that they will use in this regard. They are trying to penetrate into the northeast of Afghanistan.

He added: China, Central Asian countries and Russia have invented a series of concerns and are using this new game for their benefit in regional pressure games and for the benefit of the West in international games.

Therefore, the writing, the continuous contact with the fugitive officials of the former republic, the construction of a new air base in Gilgit-Baltistan, the exercise under the title of anti-terrorist operation, the trip of Pakistan's intelligence and military officials to the West, the increasingly close relations of the West with Tajikistan, the strategic cooperation agreement between Pakistan and Tajikistan and Warning of attacks in Afghanistan is one of the efforts made for this purpose.

Al-Mursad, citing its reliable security sources, has received reports that currently a number of Tajiks, Azerbaijanis, Turks and citizens of Central Asia and some other countries are undergoing training in Pakistan's Balochistan and are carrying out attacks in some areas of the country. . A new organization has been created and started to operate, and to divert the countries of the region from the main path of security, they use the Sanctions Monitoring Committee as a tool and publish false reports about the existence of Al-Qaeda centers and activities in the country, and in this way they want to achieve a series of goals in regional and international games, some of which have already been mentioned.

The article emphasized that China, Russia and the countries of Central Asia must deal with this new dangerous game.

Mr. Jalal has written that Balochistan should be considered as the capital of ISIS's Khorasan branch, Gilgit-Baltistan as the gathering place of ISIS's army, and Tajikistan as the new center of financing and recruitment of ISIS's human resources.

The truth is that al-Qaeda does not exist in Afghanistan, nor does it have a center. No foreign nationals work in government agencies and no attack on any foreign country has been organized and carried out from Afghanistan in the past.

In the end, this note stated that in today's world of advanced technology, it is very difficult to hide issues, and emphasized that the publication of such reports will only cause the United Nations Sanctions Monitoring Committee to lose its credibility and status.

This is despite the fact that previously, Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said in relation to the security report of the United Nations Sanctions Monitoring Committee on Afghanistan that there are no foreign terrorist groups in Afghanistan, and such reports show that either the information is incorrect. It is transmitted or negative advertising is done on purpose.

Also, Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Motaghi previously said that three countries have provided the ground for the presence of the ISIS terrorist group in the region, without naming a specific country.

He emphasized that one of these countries provides ISIS with manpower, the second provides training programs, and the third country directs its terrorist attacks.

He stated: If these neighboring countries fulfill their responsibilities correctly, there will be no security problems in Afghanistan.
