Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Rafael Grossi, General Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, will arrive in Tehran on Friday evening (March 3, 2023) to negotiate with the Iranian authorities.
It is said that Grossi's schedule of important meetings will be held on Saturday and he will probably have a meeting with some high-ranking executive officials of the Islamic Republic.
