Four killed As Explosion hits Arghandab district of Kandahar province

AVA- Initial reports indicate that the explosion was as a result of an embedded IED.  
Kandahar Police Chief Gen. Tadin Khan said Haji Zemarai, Commander of Public Protection Forces Unit in Kandahar was among the victims of the attack.
Sources, however, told that only two of the victims were civilians and the two others were security commanders.
According to the sources, in addition to Zemarai, another police commander Mullah Gul was killed in the explosion. 
In another explosion in southern Helmand province on Saturday evening, one security force member was killed and three others wounded, local officials said.  
The incident happened in Lashkargah city when an IEC embedded in a security forces vehicle detonated.
