He said that although the Tebyan Center was present in Afghanistan during the 20 years of the false republic under US occupation, its serious line of activities was anti-American and anti-occupation positions. These positions led to a suicide attack on the headquarters of the Tebyan Center in Kabul, ordered by the US and directed by the former National Directorate of Security, which left 52 martyrs and 140 wounded.
The head of the Tebyan Center noted that with the fall of the republic and the rise of the Islamic Emirate, the offices of the Tabian Center continued to operate in the country and established good interaction with the Islamic Emirate.
 
He expressed readiness to have more cooperation with the Islamic Emirate Embassy in this field, given the center's presence among migrants in Iran for more than three decades, and the extensive contacts that exist.
 
In the continuation of the meeting, Maulavi Fazl Mohammad Haqqani, Acting Embassy of the Islamic Emirate in Tehran, while welcoming Hojjat-ul-Islam Hosseini Mazari and his delegation, stressed that the doors of the Embassy are open to all Afghans from all strata, ethnicity and religion. It serves everyone.
 
He stressed that the work of every visitor to the embassy will be done on the same day.
 
Mufti Mohammad Alim Noorani, in charge of ceremonies at the embassy, ​​on behalf of the acting embassy, ​​also in his speech, while warmly welcoming the presence of the delegation of the Tabian Center, while emphasizing the importance of relations with cultural centers and media, pointed to the previous cooperation with the Afghan Voice Agency (AVA).
He said that the acting head of the Islamic Emirate's embassy in Tehran is pleased with the activities of the Tebyan and the Afghan Voice Agency (AVA), and appreciates them. He thanked for enlightening public opinion on the realities and achievements of the Islamic Emirate.
Noorani said that there are between 6,000 and 8,000 visitors to the Afghan embassy in Tehran every day, adding that the embassy is open to all citizens of the country without any discrimination and efforts are being made to provide services to all from all walks of life. The same delivery should be done.
 
Miran Noor Shah Ghafari, Consul of the Afghan Embassy in Tehran, also said that the embassy provides services to more than 6,000 visitors daily with its limited capacities, facilities and space. to provide good services to the people.
He stressed that 99 percent of those who visit the embassy finish their work on the same day, so there is no need to visit again. In this regard, they are usually busy doing client work from 7.5 am when they are at work until late at night.
 
Following the meeting, Hosseini Mazari visited the office of Maulavi Nasir Ahmad Haqqani, the deputy head of the Afghan embassy in Tehran, and was briefed on the work of the embassy.
