Iran is a strategic partner of the Islamic Emirate / announcement of the readiness of Iranian investors to invest in Afghanistan

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Misbahuddin Mostain, the head of information and public awareness of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, in an interview with AVA reporter, said that Maulvi Ataullah Omari, the head of the ministry, met with a number of businessmen and investors of Iran and the board of directors of the chamber. 

According to him, the meeting was attended by Mahmoud Siadat, the head of the Iran-Afghanistan joint chamber, Mr. Fazel, a member of the board of directors of the chamber, Mr. Amin Saiqalzanan, the secretary of the chamber, and Mr. Abdulhadi Safa, the managing director of the joint trade chamber.

Mr. Mustain says that during this meeting, Iranian businessmen and investors expressed their interest in investing in the agriculture and livestock sectors and asked the Acting Ministry of Agriculture to cooperate and create facilities in these fields.

Based on his words, the mentioned traders expressed their interest and asked for practical work and added that they have started investing in the agriculture and livestock sector in Afghanistan in a practical way, and for this purpose, there is a need to specify the land and create facilities to advance their activities. Iranian investors emphasized that there is stable security in Afghanistan, and therefore they have high hopes for joint work with the Islamic Emirate and the people of Afghanistan, and they also spoke about their readiness in the field of agricultural machinery exports.

Misbahuddin Mustain adds that in this meeting, the Acting Minister of Agriculture called the Iranian government a strategic ally of the Islamic Emirate, which has cooperated with the people of Afghanistan in any situation.

Maulvi Ataullah Omari also expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the interest of these investors and emphasized that there are no restrictions for investment and work in the agriculture and livestock sector in Afghanistan and they are ready to cooperate.

According to the head of information and public awareness of the Ministry of Agriculture, recently Maulvi Ataullah Omari directed that a committee be appointed to carry out the next work to carry out the practical work.
