Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to Bakhtar News Agency, during his visit, Minister Mullah Khairkhwa met with Sheikh al-Hadith Noor Ahmad Islam Jar, the Governor of Herat, and referred to Herat as a vital economic and commercial hub.
He outlined the objectives of his visit, which include evaluating the status of historical monuments, inaugurating the Ghoriyan Road, delivering multiple dialysis machines to the Herat Regional Hospital, and opening residential homes for flood victims in the Chisht Sharif district.
During the meeting, Governor of Herat emphasized that over 30 major economic projects are currently underway in the province.
He expressed optimism that the implementation of these projects would resolve many existing challenges and transform Herat into a central economic and commercial hub for the country./Bakhtar News
