At the same time, Rafiullah Niazi, the scientific secretary of the Academy of Sciences, announced the creation of necessary facilities for researchers and writers and said that in order to enrich the library more, this department has collected 18,500 book titles.
Stating that four of the academic members of this department have graduated from master's and doctorate degrees, he added: another 20 people have also gone to domestic universities to study bachelor's, master's, and doctorate programs.

He added: In order to strengthen the level of scientific cooperation as much as possible, cooperation agreements will be signed with seven public and private universities in the near future.
Mr. Niazi also informed about the arrangement of the legislative documents of this department and said: these documents will be sent to the relevant authorities for revision soon in order to better coordinate and organize the daily affairs of the Academy of Sciences.
