The mourning of Seyyed al-Shuhda (AS) and his companions was held with devotion in Khatam-ul-Nabiin Jame Mosque in Kabul.
In this ceremony, the speakers emphasized on maintaining the unity of the Islamic and Afghan society and said that the Muslim Ummah of the world, especially the honorable Muslim and pious people of Afghanistan, should be united and integrated on the axis of monotheism, monotheism, the Prophet and the Quran.

The head of the Red Crescent Organization attributed the root of the differences after the period of Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan to the enemies of the homeland and said that the enemy in the previous administrations by fomenting ethnic, regional, linguistic, sectional, party and religious differences to the extent of their power. Creating disunity in the Afghan society planted the seeds of division.

In the meantime, he considered the lesson of not surrendering to the enemy as one of the messages of Imam Hussain (a.s.) and added that all the efforts made for the independence of the country from the aggressors by Afghans were due to the uprising of Imam Hussain (a.s.).
On the other hand, Seyyed Hussain Alami Balkhi, the head of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and secretary of the Afghan Shia Ulema Council, in his speech, praised the security of the country during the observance of Muharram by the caretaker government and thanked them.
He expressed his gratitude for the arrest of those who were trying to defame the emirate by lowering the flags and said, "However, the treatment of the forces of public order was sometimes incorrect, because in places where there was no need to lower the flags of mourning, they did this with the same intensity.
The secretary of the Shia Ulema Council of Afghanistan, referring to the Shia and Sunni views that consider the position of Imam Hussain (AS) as the master of the youth of heaven, also said, according to the unanimous hadiths: whoever loves Hussain (AS), the Prophet (S) and Allah (SWT).
The head of the Assembly of Lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) called the ceremonies of the decade of Ashura a suitable platform for building unity in the society and added that Imam Hussein (AS) is the common point and the main axis for brotherhood and unity, and efforts should be made to make his meetings a means of understanding and mutual acceptance.
On the other hand, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Nematullah Ghafari, a member of the Afghan Shia Ulema Council, stated that there are many instructions for maintaining unity in the Quran and said that the only way to save the society is to hold on to the divine rope and avoid hypocrisy and division.
Emphasizing that we should rely on the many commonalities that exist among religions, he added that we should refrain from fueling differences of opinion, which naturally exist within religions and become a source of division and lack of unity in our society.
This member of the Council of Shia Ulemas of Afghanistan considered the main reasons for the differences between the Islamic society of Afghanistan to be the conspiracies of the country's enemies and said that Shia media and networks have been created that excommunicate all Sunni holy things, and also Sunni media and networks have been created that deny all Shia holy things.
It is worth mentioning that in this ceremony, Sheikh Aminullah Waqar, the head of Kabul intelligence, gave information to the host of the program regarding the lowering of flags and inscriptions from the night side, in which it was said that "lowering the flags from the night side was not the job of the caretaker government."
