The Ministry of Industry is trying to achieve self-sufficiency in the field of oil and gas production
The Ministry of Industry and Trade says that the head of this ministry has consulted and discussed the self-sufficiency of the country in the field of production and processing of oil and gas in Afghanistan in a meeting with the head of the National Union of Oil and Gas Traders of Afghanistan.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter saying that Nouruddin Azizi, the head of the ministry, met with Seyed Karim Hashemi, the head of Yama Petrol Group companies and the head of the Afghanistan Oil and Gas Trade Union.

According to this ministry, in this meeting, the two parties aimed to provide the field of standard production by equipping the factory with machinery to global standards in order to raise the standards and other industrial costs and mass production as much as possible and to achieve self-sufficiency in the field of oil and gas production and processing in Afghanistan; They discussed the creation of a consortium of Afghanistan's oil and gas production factories.

It should be mentioned that currently the extracted oil of Amu Darya is refined in 12 refineries inside the country.
