Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Zamir Kabulov, the special representative of the Russian President for Afghanistan affairs, says that the international community is aware of the fact that they should do business with the Islamic Emirate as a government and gradually accept the Islamic Emirate as a government.
According to him, the constructive cooperation of the international community with the Islamic Emirate helps to solve the social-economic challenges of the Afghan people.
Kabulov added to "Tass" news agency: In our opinion, the Doha meeting will be useful if it helps to restore close and constructive cooperation between the international community and the Afghan authorities and focuses on solving the social and economic problems of Afghanistan and its people.
In response to the question, this Russian diplomat will have a bilateral meeting with the delegation of the Islamic Emirate on the sidelines of the Doha meeting. He emphasized: We will communicate with the Taliban both on the sidelines of the "Doha meeting" and definitely in any other suitable format.
Mr. Kabulov, who participated in the previous two Doha meetings for Afghanistan, said two months ago that the third Doha meeting will not be successful without the presence of the Taliban.
The third Doha meeting for Afghanistan is scheduled to be hosted by the United Nations with the participation of representatives of 22 countries and several organizations in Qatar.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan has announced that Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of this Islamic Emirate, will participate in the third Doha meeting at the head of the high-level delegation.
