NATO Secretary General: Member States should put their nuclear warheads on standby for a possible confrontation with Russia and China

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: According to the head of the NATO military alliance; NATO is negotiating with member states to put their nuclear warheads on alert for a possible confrontation with Russia and China.

 

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told The Telegraph that consultations were ongoing, but did not specify how many warheads should be on standby.

 

Stoltenberg noted that the threat from Russia and China was "growing". The Secretary General of NATO, while emphasizing the opposition of this western alliance with China and Russia, announced that the movements of NATO members for nuclear preparedness have started.

 

According to him, this bloc should show its nuclear arsenal to the world to be "a signal" for them.
