Kabul Polytechnic University is among the top universities in the world in the field of climate change
According to the ranking of "Times Higher Education" magazine, which is based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals regarding climate change among universities; Kabul Polytechnic University was ranked 101 out of 924 universities in the world.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: This magazine has evaluated and ranked 924 universities from 103 countries based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals regarding climate change.

The magazine said that the universities were ranked based on the efforts of these centers to address climate risks, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and effective university policies on climate change.

One of the sustainable development goals of the United Nations is the effective management of climate change in less developed and developing countries, focusing on women, youth, local and marginalized communities.

According to this magazine, the selected universities have focused on reducing climate change in their strategic plans and have implemented national and international policies for climate resilience.

The Times Higher Education magazine wrote that these universities have played an essential role in climate change and fostering a sustainable future through educational programs and strategic commitments.
