A cooperation memorandum was signed between the Afghanistan Chamber of Agriculture and the Iranian Trade Center in Kabul
A bilateral cooperation agreement between the Afghanistan Chamber of Agriculture and Livestock and the Trade Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran-Afghanistan worth more than one million dollars was signed in Kabul.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the Afghanistan Chamber of Agriculture and Livestock and the Islamic Republic of Iran-Afghanistan Trade Center today (Monday, October 30, 2023) was attended by Ataullah Omari, Acting Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of the Islamic Emirate, traders and investors was held in the hall of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock.
 
At the same time, Samane Abdullahi, the official of the Islamic Republic of Iran-Afghanistan Trade Center, told Ava reporter on the sidelines of this event that this memorandum was made in line with the better cultivation and growth of hing and marketing for this product.
 
He said the value of the cooperation agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran-Afghanistan Trade Center and the Afghanistan Chamber of Agriculture and Livestock is more than one million dollars.
 
Samane Abdullahi added that the Islamic Republic of Iran is trying for economic cooperation with Afghanistan in various sectors.
 
On the other hand, Morteza Nowrozi Kakhki, one of the Iranian businessmen and investors, said in an interview with Ava reporter that the purpose of his trip is to industrialize Afghanistan by starting the production line of the country's assets.
 
He added that they have created more than 150 types of production lines in the Islamic Republic of Iran and are ready for further cooperation with Afghanistan.
 
According to the words of Morteza Nowrozi, Iranian businessmen have been able to progress with local capacities and will transfer this experience to Afghanistan.
 
This is despite the fact that the commercial center of the Islamic Republic of Iran-Afghanistan had previously signed a memorandum of understanding with the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment to establish a permanent commercial center of Afghanistan in Iran.
 
It should be mentioned that not long ago, an 85-member economic delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran headed by Yaqub Ali Nazari, the governor of Khorasan Razavi province, along with a number of businessmen and investors from that country, arrived in Kabul with the aim of investigating investment opportunities in Afghanistan and met and discussed with the officials of the Islamic Emirate.
