Instead of a military campaign, America strengthens ISIS of Khorasan

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the ambassador and special representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul yesterday, at a gathering called "Commemoration of the Martyrs of Qom Employees" in Qom, Iran, considered the United States to be strengthening ISIS and said that America Instead of a military campaign, it "strengthens ISIS."
 
The ambassador and special representative of the Islamic Republic in Afghanistan added: "The withdrawal of America does not mean that this country has stopped doing evil, but the strengthening of ISIS in Khorasan has replaced the military campaign."
 
Kazemi Qomi has described the US-led NATO withdrawal from Afghanistan as "humiliating" and added that the reality is that the Americans did not want to leave Afghanistan; But they were "forced" to do this and this is considered a "big failure" for them.
 
However, Qomi has emphasized that his country's approach in relation to Afghanistan is to help prevent civil war and conflicts with neighboring countries.
 
Hassan Kazemi Qomi added that Iran is taking care so that the Americans do not create an atmosphere like the past in Afghanistan again.
