This incident took place in the "Fuyang Barbecue" restaurant in the residential area of Yinchuan City, the capital of Ningxia Autonomous Province.

According to the report, more than one hundred people and 20 vehicles were sent to the explosion site. The rescue operation was completed at four o'clock Thursday morning local time.
