Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): This Tuesday morning, the international media reported a drone attack over Moscow. Immediately after this incident, the Ministry of Defense of Russia accused Kiev of carrying out this attack and called it a terrorist attack.
The ministry announced in a statement: "The Kiev regime organized a terrorist drone attack against the city of Moscow this morning. All 8 drones used in this attack were shot down. Three UAVs were diverted from their target by electronic warfare and shot down, and five other UAVs were targeted by the Pantsir SSAM anti-aircraft system.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that Vladimir Putin was in the Kremlin Palace at the time of the attack and learned about it. He also added that the Kiev regime is clearly responsible for this attack.
According to Euronews, Mikhail Podoliak, adviser to the Ukrainian presidency, denied the country's direct role in the drone attacks on Moscow and said: "Of course, we enjoy watching and predicting the increase in attacks, but of course we have nothing to do with it directly. "Russia is facing the karma of its actions."
"RBC" news website reported that more than ten drones were shot down by anti-aircraft systems.
The Russian Investigative Committee announced: "The people involved in this crime are being identified."
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the attacks caused minor damage to several buildings and two people were receiving medical attention. Mr. Sobyanin also said that the residents of the two buildings that were damaged by the attack evacuated their homes.
Alexander Kinishtin, a member of the Russian Duma, accused Ukraine of carrying out these attacks and said: "Undoubtedly, vandalism and terrorist attacks from Ukraine will increase. "We must strongly strengthen defense and security measures, especially in the field of dealing with drones."
Oleg Nilov, a member of the Russian Duma, said: "The terrorist government of Ukraine has attacked Moscow with a drone. "Tactical nuclear weapons don't always stay hidden."
Who was responsible for the drone attack on Moscow?
So far, no force, group or army has claimed responsibility for these attacks. But Russian officials insist that these attacks were carried out by Ukraine.
Although the Russian authorities emphasize this more, but considering the distance and the advanced Russian air defense systems around Moscow, it is very complicated to carry out such an operation.
Earlier, on May 2, there was a drone attack on the Kremlin Palace. At that time, the Russian authorities accused Ukraine of carrying out this attack and said that the intention of the Kiev regime was to assassinate the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
