Installing security cameras helps to reduce crimes

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Nusratullah Nouri; In an interview with AVA, a military expert said that installing security cameras in the streets and residential houses in Kabul helps to reduce crimes, because criminals can no longer hide their faces and are easily identified.

Nouri, stating that the population of Kabul is increasing day by day, if measures are not taken, crimes will also increase, adding that the experience of other countries in the world has shown that the installation of security cameras is the most effective way to ensure security and protect people's lives and property. There has been a reduction in criminal offenses.

Meanwhile, Nematullah, a resident of district 13 of Kabul, said in an interview with AVA: "In some areas of Kabul where families have not installed security cameras, armed robbery takes place, but the thieves are not identified due to the lack of security cameras and run away from the area."

He stated: In most areas of Kabul, where the government and citizens have installed security cameras in houses and streets, criminal crimes such as armed robberies and kidnappings have decreased in these areas.

Also, Nusratullah, who works in the security camera installation department, told AVA: There are very advanced security cameras in the market that can be connected to mobile phones, but due to the lack of work and the bad economic situation, families cannot afford to buy cameras. They don't have security systems to install in their homes.

He asked the government to control the price of security cameras in the market, because the price of cameras has increased due to the many visits of citizens in these few days.

This is while the security officials of the Islamic Emirate asked the residents of Kabul city to install security cameras in their homes to improve the security situation.
