The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate has said in response to the quarterly report of SIGAR (US Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction) that no group will be allowed to carry out terrorist activities from Afghanistan.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that America supports terrorist groups such as ISIS and Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan in order to destabilize Afghanistan.
