Sirajuddin Haqqani, Acting Minister of Interior of the Islamic Emirate met with the outgoing ambassador of Japan and with his replacement, Takuyoshi Kurumaya.
Arg said in a statement, ambassador of Japan in Kabul, in his farewell meeting with the deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, discussed Japan’s efforts to expand Islamic Emirate’s relations with the international community and the provision of humanitarian assistance to the government and people of Afghanistan.

Acting Minister of Public Health, Dr. Qalandar Ebad has met with the Ambassador of Japan and the Deputy Ambassador of Iran in separate meetings in Kabul.
