The officials of the "Peru" country in South America have said that they rescued 23 Afghan citizens from human traffickers along the country's border with Brazil.

The attorney general’s office said that, Peruvian authorities rescued 23 Afghans from migrant traffickers along the border with Brazil.

The United States Geological Survey announced that an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 on the Richter scale shook southern Ecuador and northern Peru last night. This earthquake has killed 14 people in Ecuador and 1 person in Peru.
