Balkh Governor has called for strengthening relations between scholars and officials of Balkh and Samarqand provinces, Uzbekistan.

An official statement said, Uzbekistan’s special envoy for Afghanistan, has met with the governor of Afghanistan’s Balkh province, discussing trade between the two countries.
