Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Balkh governor Mohammad Yusuf Wafa, during his trip to Samarqand province of Uzbekistan, met with the Special Envoy of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Deputy Governor and Scholars of region.
During these meetings, they discussed on expansion of educational and cultural cooperation between Balkh province of Afghanistan and Samarkand of Uzbekistan and the restoration of historical monuments in Balkh province.
