Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the National Emergency Preparedness Department of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter saying that Mullah Nuruddin Torabi, the head of this department, met with Abdul Basir Haqmal, the representative of the OCHR Humanitarian Aid Coordination Institute, and after hearing the details of the project According to this institution, it has signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The ministry adds that Maulvi Nuruddin expressed his satisfaction with the humanitarian activities of this institution and said that we are providing them with effective activities and considering the coming winter, the aid should be more than before and the process of dealing with the victims should go faster than before.
Abdul Basir Haqmal, the executive head of this institution, said that they are working on a winter aid project for 1,876 affected families in Badghis, Laghman and Nuristan provinces, and the process of implementing it will begin with the signing of this memorandum.
It is also stated in this newsletter that according to this memorandum, 629 families in Nuristan, 412 families in Laghman and 835 families in Badghis will receive cash assistance of 200 dollars for each family.
