Permanent Industrial and Agricultural Exhibition Center Inaugurated in Mazar-e-Sharif

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Mazar-e-Sharif: Abdul Saboor Kamal, head of Daricheh-e-Omid Institute in the country, says the institute has representatives in 18 provinces and operates in four sectors, including health, agriculture, education and social affairs. The exhibition was initially set up at a cost of 1.5 million Afghanis.

 

"The purpose of the exhibition is to market Afghanistan's domestic products and we want to show the world a picture of Afghanistan other than destruction," he said.

 

Kamal added that Afghanistan's industrial and agricultural products are the best products in the world and we want to showcase these products at the national and international levels and there are 60 booths in this exhibition.

 

He says the permanent exhibition was initially built due to limited facilities and will become more standard in the future.

 

Meanwhile, Imamuddin Sanaizadeh, head of the Balkh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said: "If there is no industry in a country, that country is dead and we must pay attention to agriculture and industry to overcome the poor economic situation.

 

He acknowledged that we all have a responsibility towards our country and we should not pour water into the enemy's mill and contribute to the problems. He said security in the country was ensured and there were no problems facing investment and economic activity.

 

Meanwhile, Asadullah Asadi, head of the Balkh Chamber of Commerce and Investment, added that the exhibition was a very useful and effective move to introduce domestic products.

 

It is worth mentioning that domestic businessmen and industrialists are demanding from the government of the Islamic Emirate to facilitate visas for domestic and foreign businessmen.
