The claim of employing 600 foreign teachers in Iranian schools is "false"

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: In a conversation with Tasnim, the deputy of primary education of the Iranian Ministry of Education denied the claim of hiring 600 primary school teachers from among foreign nationals in this country's schools.

He added: Hiring a teacher for the country's schools has its own rules, including having Iranian citizenship; The issue of hiring Afghan nationals as teachers has never been raised and is not.

 

Recently, the fake news "recruitment of 600 primary teachers from Afghan nationals" is spreading in cyberspace.

 

It is stated in this news: We are coordinating with the country's employment organization to issue recruitment permits for 600 Afghan refugees in the near future. Suitable programs for employing a number of other Afghan refugees as janitors or service workers are under consideration, which will be announced in the near future.
