Araghchi said: In the 1400 negotiations, the negotiations were about how to return to the JCPOA, and we did not have any negotiations regarding the JCPOA itself. Now some conditions have changed and we have to enter the scene with a different look. The previous form of JCPOA negotiations and agreement, all of these can be a guide and so-called reference for reference and use, but they can no longer be implemented in that way; New negotiations must be formed; It will not be easy, but we will do our best.
