Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: According to the Afghan Embassy in Tehran; The Afghan delegation met with the Interior Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran and discussed the challenges of refugees.
In addition to Maulvi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy prime minister and his companion, Maulvi Fazl Mohammad Haqqani, the acting head of the Afghan embassy in Tehran, was also present at the meeting.
The meeting took place at the Iranian Interior Ministry, the Afghan embassy said in a statement.
The political deputy prime minister arrived in Iran on Monday to attend the inauguration of the new president.
