Ministry of Refugees Signs $2.7M Cooperation Agreements with WSTA

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: In a significant move to bolster support for refugees, the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriations has formalized two cooperation agreements with the Watan Social and Technical Services Organization (WSTA) at the ministry’s headquarter.
According to a press release from the Ministry’s Media Office, sent to BNA, these agreements will see the WSTA invest over $2.7 million USD in various projects and direct financial aid for those in need.
This initiatives will be implemented across the provinces of Kabul, Kapisa, Parwan, Panjshir, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Bamyan, Daikundi, Ghor, Paktia, Paktika, Khost, and Ghazni.
The source revealed that the agreements were signed by Mawlawi Abdulrahman Rashid, Deputy Minister of Professional Affairs at the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriations, and a representative from the Watan Social and Technical Services Organization./Bakhtar
