The heartbreaking death of an Afghan woman and her child in a collision with a train in Tehran/ Mother
A 30-year-old pregnant mother of Afghan nationals living in Golestan city, Tehran province, when she realized that her 5-year-old son's leg was stuck on the train tracks, tried to save him, but unfortunately her efforts did not work and this young mother died along with her child.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: A train collided with a pregnant Afghan mother and her 5-year-old son near the Lower Khairabad train station in Nasimshahr, located in the Baharestan city of Tehran province, leading to their death.

This incident happened on Thursday afternoon when a 30-year-old pregnant mother, who was a resident of Imam Hossein (AS) town of Golestan, Tehran, noticed that her 5-year-old son's foot was stuck on the train tracks.

This young mother tried to save her child, but the mother's efforts were unsuccessful and they were hit by a train. The pregnant mother and child died in this incident.

The CEO of Nasimshahr Municipality's fire department and safety services, referring to the transfer of the bodies of those who died in the accident with the train to the forensic doctor of Kahrizak, added: "Unfortunately, the mother who died in this accident was also pregnant."

The CEO of Nasimshahr Fire Organization stated: This incident happened near the city train stop of Khairabad neighborhood, which is the area of Golestan station.
