The representative of Russia at the Kabul meeting: Afghanistan should be the focus of the Doha meeting

Afghan Voice Agency (Ava) - Kabul: The special representative of the Russian President for Afghanistan, expressing optimism about participating in the regional cooperation initiative meeting in Kabul, says that Russia wants Afghanistan to be part of the main discussions of the Doha meeting.

Mr. Kabulov also added in this meeting: We consider the return of new ambassadors to Afghanistan as a commendable step for Afghanistan and the sending countries.

On the other hand, the representative of India in this meeting says that this country supports and participates in any initiative that leads to peace and stability in Afghanistan.

The Chargé d'affaires of India in Kabul also added that India's relations with Afghanistan are historical and that his country continues to have business relations with Afghanistan.

He also emphasized on the expansion of trade relations through Chabahar port and the increase of this country's aid to Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, the meeting of special representatives and ambassadors of neighboring and regional countries under the title "Afghanistan Regional Cooperation Initiative" started a few minutes ago at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kabul after several hours of delay.
