Pakistan: Islamabad continues negotiations with the Islamic Emirate
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, says that Islamabad wants Afghanistan to be a source of communication for trade and energy in the region, therefore it continues its contacts and negotiations with the authorities of the Islamic Emirate on issues related to borders and security.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, the spokesperson of the ministry, told a press conference on Thursday, December 28, that Islamabad wants Afghanistan to be a source of communication for trade and energy in the region.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan added; Islamabad has repeatedly expressed its desire for a peaceful, prosperous, stable and connected Afghanistan, so that this country emerges as a connecting line of trade and energy for the region.

He stated: "Pakistan, as a supporter of regional efforts regarding the situation in Afghanistan, shared meetings and negotiations to strengthen peace in Afghanistan." "Pakistan is still committed to negotiating and interacting with Afghanistan."

This is despite the fact that the government of the Islamic Emirate has repeatedly emphasized on negotiations to resolve misunderstandings with Pakistan.

It should be mentioned that Pakistan has repeatedly claimed that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan is launching attacks in this country from Afghanistan. An accusation that has always been denied by the Islamic Emirate.
