The director of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department of Nangahar, Mawlavi Qesmatullah Mubarez told BNA that the development of these projects has made it simpler to carry passenger and commercial motorcades, in addition to supplying water to hundreds of acres of agriculture and saving the destruction of multiple dwellings and farmlands from potential floods.
These projects were constructed for three million Afghanis provided by DAKAR and UNDP organizations.
