Baradar, Turkish Trade Minister Confer on Bilateral Ties
Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, met with Turkish Commerce Minister and discussed trade, investment, regional connectivity and the development of economic cooperation between the two countries.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Afghanistan and Turkey have been friends and brothers throughout history, and in order to further develop relations between the two countries, there is a need for both sides to make good use of it, Deputy Prime Minister was quoted as saying in a statement from the Office of the Prime Minister.
 
In the meeting, Mullah Baradar talked about trade development, investment in industrial parks, development of small and medium-size enterprises, reopening of air corridors between the two countries, establishment of joint trade chambers and increasing investment in Afghanistan by Turkish investors.
 
Turkish Trade Minister, Ömer Bolat assured Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar about economic development between the two countries and encouraging Turkish investment in Afghanistan, adding that the relevant departments of the two countries will work together on the regard.
